BROWNIES PUDDING WITH CHEESE

Servings: 8
Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

6 pieces of fresh bread without skin, cut into cubes
1 liter of liquid milk
1 1/2 packs of Jelly powder white ( Swallow Brand) @ 7 grams
1/4 teaspoon salt
200 grams of sugar
30 grams of cocoa powder
100 grams of cooking chocolate bars, cut into small pieces
1 egg egg yolks
50 grams of grated Cheddar Cheese (for topping)
50 grams of walnuts, toasted

Ingredients for the sauce:
- 500 ml of liquid milk
- 70 grams of sugar
- 5 tablespoons flour cornstarch, dissolved in 5 tablespoons water
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

How To Make:


1. Bread blended with milk, jelly powder, salt, sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate chunks cook, until smooth.
