Ingredients :
300 grams Cauliflower
150 grams Carrot
100 grams French beans
100 grams Frozen green peas
50 ml Oil
200 grams Onion
100 grams Tomato
20 grams Red chilly powder
15 grams Ginger
15 grams Garlic
50 grams Capsicum
10 grams Turmeric powder
20 grams Red chilly whole
1 bunch Corriander leaves
5 grams Whole cardamom
5 grams Cinnamon stick
10 grams Cloves
10 grams Pepper corn
few Bay leaf
Salt to taste.
How To Cook :
1. wash, peel and cut all the vegetables into cubes. Parboil them in salted hot water.
2. Chop onions, blanch and chop tomatoes.
3. Roast and pound all the spices.
4. Heat oil, fry onions to a light brown color. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
5. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Cook till soft.
6. Add all vegetables and adjust salt. Cook till thick and dry.
7. Serve hot garnished with chopped corriander leaves.
